SPSS V. 20

The latest version of SPSS now known as SPSS is now available.

Through funds provided by President's Office, the college has acquired a license for 50 concurrent users of SPSS v. 20.  Faculty members should contact their school technology coordinator for access to the software and documentation.  Administrative staff who need access should contact the help desk at x1010.  The SPSS client software will be installed across the campus on classroom lectern computers, student lab computers, and laptops loaned by the library. 

One advantage of the campus-wide license is that users will have access to all SPSS modules regardless of the computer they are using.  While a license for 50 concurrent users is sufficient to meet the campus demand, it is possible for someone to be denied access if users keep the software open continuously.  Please exit the software when you are done working with it.
