
The CUNY Portal is an easy way to access your BlackBoard courses, eSIMS, Electronic Databases and more from one location. Beginning in January 2005, all students and faculty members will need to activate their already assigned CUNY Portal accounts.
To assist with the process of registering on the CUNY Portal, we have created a QuickTime video tutorial and have also supplied printable instructions. Should you encounter problems with the system, please contact the Baruch College Helpdesk at 646-312-1010.
To access these resources, please follow the steps below:

Register for an on-campus workshop offered by the Instructional Technology unit of BCTC.
Please go through this with your students--they will need to go through the process.
Instructions for Students:
- Students should retrieve their Baruch Username for WebMail, Wireless, Lab Login, and Printing. If you have not retrieved or do not recall your Baruch Username , click here.
- Once you have an active Baruch WebMail account, go to www.cuny.edu register with the CUNY Portal.
- Once you are a registered CUNY Portal user, please log in to the CUNY Portal, which will bring you to a page with content based on your preferences (including a link to Blackboard). Log in to the CUNY Portal.
- Once you are logged in, the steps become self-explanatory. If you still have further questions refer to one of the tutorials above or contact the Baruch College Help Desk at 646-312-1010.
