How to Complete the MyPassword Profile

1. Log on the college network by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete as usual.



2. Enter the usual username and password.  Make sure the correct domain is selected.  If it is your own desktop computer, the domain is probably correct as displayed.



3. After you log in, the message and screen above will be displayed. You will need to select three challenge questions. The complete list of questions is displayed by clicking the drop down arrow. You cannot use a question more than once. Please make sure you remember the answers to your questions and keep each answer short.



4. Once you have selected the three challenge questions and entered the answers, click update. The workstation will log you onto the network and your screen will appear as usual.
