Due to the limited
numbers of certain types of equipment, please note the lead times required below when making a request:
TWO Business Days
|Requests for A/V Technician(s) present at an event||
FIVE Business Days
|Request for video services of an event||
TEN Business Days
Requests requiring a videographer for the Digital Media Library (DML) must be placed at least TEN business days in advance. Consent forms are required from all non CUNY participants for Digital Media Library events. Videos will not be posted until all consent forms are received.

Requests for events in the multipurpose room in the Newman Vertical Campus (1-107) should be directed to Danny Mui in the Student Life Office at Danny.Mui@baruch.cuny.edu.
Lectern keys to access various classroom lecterns and peripherals are available at the Newman Library Circulation Desk.

Note about Overhead Projectors:
If an Overhead Projector is already in the classroom this does not mean that it will get regular maintenance. If you plan to use an Overhead Projector for the semester please make a full semester request for it--even if there is one in your classroom--this will alert our staff to check the projector regularly.
Overhead Projectors are the older models that require transparencies; An Overhead Projector is NOT the LCD Projector.
