The Help Desk is located in the North Alcove (rear of the BCTC Computing lab) of the 6th floor of the Library and Technology Building.
Fall 2009 Help Desk Hours
Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Friday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
The Help Desk will be closed on Thursday November 26 and Friday November 27. The Help Desk will re-open on Saturday November 28 and also be open on Sunday November 29 with normal hours.
