The Zicklin School of Business, Weissman School of Arts and Sciences, The School of Public Affairs, Continuing Studies and some departments have their own Technology Coordinators, who lead the development of technology services and resources in their respective units. In addition, academic and administrative units may have technical staff who provide first level consultation, handle basic computer software and hardware problems and work with department-specific issues. Please contact the Computing and Technology Help Desk first when experiencing any problems. The Help Desk logs each and every call, which enables us to determine if there is a local issue or a widespread problem.
