What if I forget my password?
Now, you no longer have to take an extra trip to the Help Desk to reset your password. You can reset your password online on the sign in page. Click on “Can't access your account?” and follow the simple instructions on the screen.

    So many ways to use this as part of your student life. For example, you can create e-profiles for prospective employers. Who is eligible for Live @ Baruch?

All registered undergraduate and graduate students and alumni.  Students enrolled in Adult and Continuing Education course will also receive a Live @ Baruch e-mail account in the near future.  Faculty and staff are not eligible for Live @ Baruch. 

Is Live @ Baruch required?
Yes.  Accounts will be created for you automatically.  We highly recommend that you login to your account frequently to review important information sent by your college’s faculty, staff, and administration, some of which might be time sensitive.

How many e-mails can I send per day?
E-mails sent between users within Cuny.Edu system do not count against your daily maximum.  You can send OUT from your Live @ Baruch account 500 e-mails per day to addresses outside the CUNY system.

Will someone from Microsoft be reading my e-mail?
No, Microsoft will not read your e-mail.  See Microsoft’s statements on this at http://privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx and http://privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/fullnotice.aspx . While an automated process indexes your e-mail content for fast search retrieval, no humans at Microsoft will be looking at your e-mail.
