The Lazar, Levine & Felix Student Forums

Starting in October 2001, the Baruch College Alumni Association launched a new student program, The Lazar, Levine & Felix Student Forums. The program consists of a series of roundtable discussions held at The Lazar, Levine & Felix Accounting firm during the semester. Professionals share career advice and their perspective on accounting profession with students.

Student Forums are:
Small and interactive
Held on site at participating firms
An opportunity for students to network with professionals in the accounting field and determine if it is the right field for them

Program Requirements
The forums are open to Upper Sophomores and Lower Juniors with a minimum GPA of 2.5 who have declared accounting as a major or are about to declare accounting as a major.

Preferred email address

Interested students are required to submit their resumes electronically to the Baruch College Alumni Association with their application
Interested students are required to respond to the following questions (to be submitted with their application) detailing

What are your professional and personal goals and how do you plan to achieve them?
What are your expectations from the Student Forum?
How much do you know about the field of accounting?
What do you plan to do with your accounting degree upon completion of the program?
