Baruch in Florida - East: Annual Luncheon
Over 200 Baruch graduates
and their friends were treated to an excellent introduction luncheon
with new Baruch College President Dr. Kathleen Waldron. The event,
which took place on January 30th at the Boca West Country Club,
was a glorious celebration of our great school. Dr Waldron's enthusiasm
and instant pride in the College was a shining example to those
of us who are so proud of having attended such a fine College,
and knowing that its tradition and values are in good hands. We
were also delighted to hear from one of the College's fine students-Ms
Tereza Georgieva. Her remarks and answers to questions continue
to reassure us that Baruch is providing an excellent foundation
for all its students. We were also quite proud that Bill Newman
was recognized for the fine support he has given to his alma mater.
