Baruch College Alumni Association

For Alumni - Introduction

At some point in our lives, Baruch alumni are struck with a recognition of how truly valuable the education gained here is, the enhancements that came with knowing outstanding faculty and fellow students working their way up alongside ourselves. Even as free tuition gave way to incremental and frequent rising costs, for many of us the affordability of a Baruch education made the difference between attaining that degree or not.

Now we feel a need to give back - to support the college that gave us a boost, to help today's students acquire a competitive edge and polish that may not be part of the ordinary curriculum, to ensure that a Baruch education continues to carry a high value. One way is by donating much-needed funds that serve to augment the offerings of the college. To that end, BCAA refers potential donors to the Baruch College Fund (email or call 212-802-2900). Our strengths and mission encompass the donation of time and talents in furthering the connections between alumni and students, as well as alumni-to-alumni relations.

The Alumni Association sponsors a number of programs designed to draw on the experiences of alumni and other professionals for the direct benefit of students; time commitments vary from infrequent to regular monthly encounters. In addition to the programs listed here, BCAA hosts occasional career workshops, including resume critiques and mock interviews. Register for any or all, as your time allows, or email BCAA with any questions.
