There are lots of reasons to come back to campus after graduation: networking opportunities with Baruch alumni, faculty, staff, and students; a chance to add depth to our community and create a vibrant academic environment; and discounts on event tickets and the use of campus resources. To take advantage of these benefits, you must activate and maintain your Alumni ID. Graduates with stops in their record cannot obtain an Alumni ID. ALL STOPS MUST BE CLEARED before you can obtain an ID, there are no exceptions to this rule.
Current year graduates receive an alumni ID card simply by turning in their student card within 60 days of graduation. Prior year graduates can activate their card by making a gift of any amount to the Baruch College Fund, either online or at the Alumni Relations Office at 17 Lexington Avenue, Room 1504. Then take your receipt of contribution to the ID Center, located on the first floor of 151 East 25th Street, to pick up your ID.
Campus Access
With your alumni ID card, you can pass through security quickly to visit the William and Anita Newman Vertical Campus, the Newman Library, and the Mishkin Gallery. You may use the Alumni Computer Room (548) located inside the Newman Library at 151 East 25th Street. You may also use the library and borrow books.
