Latest Ranking Adds to the Growing List of National Recognitions
New York, NY, May 9, 2017 - Baruch College was named among the Top 100 Colleges and Universities in 2017 by College Choice, joining such prestigious schools as Columbia, Georgetown, Johns Hopkins, MIT, and Princeton, in the national rankings.
College Choice, an independent online publication, is dedicated to guiding students and their families to find the right colleges.” According to its website, The United States is home to over 3,000 four-year colleges and universities. About 21 million students are currently enrolled in college. We’ve combed through the data to produce this list of the 100 Best Colleges and Universities.”
In recognizing Baruch College, the publication noted, “This school has the distinction of being named first in the nation as ‘Most Ethnically Diverse College’ by U.S. News and World Report. It has also been named as one of the best graduate schools in its nation by Forbes, Entrepreneur, and the Princeton Review.”
This recent ranking by College Choice adds to the growing list of national recognitions for value and academic excellence. In January alone, Princeton Review cited Baruch College as one of the “Colleges that Pay You Back: the 200 Schools That Give You the Best Bank for Your Tuition Buck” and Business Insider named the school to its “Best MBA Programs for Under $15,000.”
Methodology: To develop this list, College Choice looked at academic quality along with return on investment -the differential between tuition costs and average early career earnings. For more information, read here.
